PB&Me Peanut Butter Caramel Fruit Dip
- 4oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup keto-friendly or regular maple syrup
- 3 tbsp PB&Me No Sugar Added Powdered Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of smoked or regular flakey salt
- sliced apples + fruits for dipping
- Add cream cheese to a large bowl.
- Vigorously whisk until smooth and fluffy.
- Add maple syrup, powdered peanut butter, water, vanilla and salt.
- Stir until completely smooth.
- Cut preferred fruits and enjoy with dip!
