Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats is a trend that we're all over here at PB&Me HQ. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - is there anything better to start the day than Overnight Oats. #superfood
So easy to throw together the night before, grab the ingredients, assemble and before you know it you have the most delicious & nutritious breakfast.
(Individual Serving)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond-milk
- 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of PB&Me
- 1 tablespoon 100% pure maple or honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients in a jar, stir well to combine. Cover and place in fridge overnight. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy it cold (or heat it up if you prefer it warm). This will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
