PB&Me Berry “Jelly” Smoothie

A thicker, jam-like smoothie -  sweet, nutty, and full of fruity flavor.

Ingredients
  • 2½ tbsp PB&Me powdered peanut butter
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (for a thicker, “jelly” texture)
  • ½ cup milk or water (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
Directions
  1. Blend PB&Me, berries, protein powder, and half the liquid.
  2. Add more liquid gradually until the smoothie reaches your desired thickness.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness.
  4. Serve immediately -  as a thick smoothie or smoothie bowl.
Tip: Add 1 tbsp of chia or flaxseed for extra fiber and a pudding-like consistency.
Optional Add-Ons
  • Extra Protein: Add a second half-scoop of protein powder or ¼ cup cottage cheese.
  • Extra Fiber: Add oats, chia seeds, or ground flaxseed.
  • Extra Sweetness: Use dates or a touch of maple syrup instead of sugar.
