Banana PB&Me Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp PB&Me (any flavor)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, etc.)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice (only if using a fresh banana)
Instructions:
  1. Add the banana, PB&Me, milk, yogurt/protein, and cinnamon to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Add ice if needed and blend again until creamy.
Pro tip: If using PB&Me Chocolate, skip the cinnamon + add a touch of cocoa or a few chocolate chips
