Banana PB&Me Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 medium ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
 - 2 tbsp PB&Me (any flavor)
 - 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, etc.)
 - ½ cup Greek yogurt (or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder)
 - 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
 - A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
 - Ice (only if using a fresh banana)
 
Instructions:
- Add the banana, PB&Me, milk, yogurt/protein, and cinnamon to a blender.
 - Blend until completely smooth.
 - Add ice if needed and blend again until creamy.
 
Pro tip:
If using PB&Me Chocolate, skip the cinnamon + add a touch of cocoa or a few chocolate chips
