How to use it
Make it a spread. Spoon the powder into a bowl and add water a little at a time — start with about half as much water as powder — stirring as you go. Let it sit a minute to thicken, then loosen it with a splash more water or firm it up with more powder. Thick for toast, looser for drizzling over fruit.
Blend it into a smoothie for a protein boost. Add it straight to the blender with your banana, oats and milk — no need to make it into a spread first. It disperses in cold liquid and brings the peanut butter flavour without the weight that whole peanut butter adds to a shake.
Stir it in dry. Oats, yogurt, pancake batter, cookie dough, satay and noodle sauces. Anywhere you want peanut flavour, add the powder dry and let the moisture already in the recipe do the work.
