About this one

All three peanut butters, one box.

Three 453 g jars, one of each: No Sugar Added when you want nothing but peanuts, Original for the lightly sweetened jar you grew up on, and Chocolate for when a smoothie should taste like dessert.

Every jar works the same way. Add water for a spread that holds its shape, or use the powder dry in smoothies, oats, baking and sauces.

Per 2.5 tbsp (15 g): 60 calories and 6–7 g protein, whichever jar you open. Ingredients and Nutrition Facts differ by flavour — see What's in the pack.

How to use it

Make it a spread. Spoon the powder into a bowl and add water a little at a time — start with about half as much water as powder — stirring as you go. Let it sit a minute to thicken, then loosen it with a splash more water or firm it up with more powder. Thick for toast, looser for drizzling over fruit.

Blend it into a smoothie for a protein boost. Add it straight to the blender with your banana, oats and milk — no need to make it into a spread first. It disperses in cold liquid and brings the peanut butter flavour without the weight that whole peanut butter adds to a shake.

Stir it in dry. Oats, yogurt, pancake batter, cookie dough, satay and noodle sauces. Anywhere you want peanut flavour, add the powder dry and let the moisture already in the recipe do the work.
